Associated Luxury Hotels International’s Luxury Leisure & Business Travel division continues to expand with the addition of Karen Codilla as Vice President of Optimization & Commercial Strategy.
Codilla joins ALHI after spending the previous three years as corporate director of commercial strategy at Prince Hotels Hawaii, Inc. She is a seasoned commercial leader with more than 20 years of hospitality experience spanning resorts, condo-hotels and global distribution. She draws on insights from portfolio leadership and the intermediary side of the business to align sales with revenue strategy and maximize asset value.

Codilla holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and is dual certified in Revenue Management (CRME) and Digital Marketing (CHDM).

Wurm said momentum within the segment continues to be very strong as new Members continue to align with the newest ALHI division, which now features nearly two dozen luxury hotels and resorts.
